INGREDIENTS:
• Wheat flour, red beans (29%), salted egg yolk (11%), cream, white sugar, salt, crust (tapioca flour, glutinous flour, malt sugar, water, white sugar, vegetable oil, salad sauce, salt, food additives)
BAKING INSTRUTION:
• Thaw at temperature (25℃-28℃) until the cake is soft and not frozen
• Baking temperature: top heating 240℃ - bottom heating 160℃
• Baking time is about 14-15 minutes (the above temperature and time are for reference) - adjust the baking temperature and time depending on each oven type and the cake turns color as shown in the picture is qualified
STORAGE:
• Store at -18℃
