PORTUGUESE EGG TART SHELL

OVERVIEW

INGREDIENTS:
• Wheat flour, white sugar, water, salt, butter, vegetable cream, food additives.
BAKING INSTRUTION:
• Thaw at temperature (25℃-28℃) until the cake is soft (15-20 minutes)
• Baking temperature: top heating about 230℃, bottom heating about 260℃
• Baking time: 23-26 minutes - adjust the baking temperature and time according to reality
STORAGE:
• Store at -18℃
SHELF-LIFE:
• 8 months
PACKING:
